I am so far behind in doing the things I wanted to do. I haven't bought any flowers for the garden. My house needs to be cleaned. I have to wash clothes. And pack yet.
I plan to just dump clothes in a big suitcase and hope for the best. The suitcase is going to be heavy, I predict. I am bringing lots of books. And pairs of comfortable shoes, and all my meds, and SPF and sun-safe clothes. Travelling seems to get more complex every year. I hear Aruba is rainy now-this used to be a dry season for us, and we have been going there for almost 11 years. Several tropical islands seem to experienceing a change in climate. So I must plan for dressing for the "hot-damp" of the island.

Will write when I get back...Here's hoping for a safe/relaxing vacation. And that my Hubby comes back well rested....
I've been busy since my last post. And a bit lazy, since I don't feel like posting anything.
Last week I volunteered to man a booth for organ donation at a run. It went surprizingly well. Many runners said they had checked off their driver's license indicating that they wanted to be an organ donor. They were surprized that this is not satisfactory in NJ. You must fill out a donor form and mail it in. We signed up a little over 20 runners, and I felt very good about that!
I am currently putting together a party for hubby's 62nd Birthday. I am calling it his Social Security Party!
Also making plans to visit Aruba once again. It will be the first anniversary of Natalie H.'s disappearance. I hope that whatever happened will be revealed soon...
My niece had her wedding shower a few weekends ago. She received all the presents she wanted by using a gift registry at a department store. She didn't get any duplicate presents, which makes the registry so great to use!
Will keep in touch before I go away!
