I have been watching the Tour De France, and have to admit I am quite addicted to it. Today's race was quite spectacular, and the predictions are that tomorrow's will even be better, with 4 category 1 climbs, and one heck of an ascent to the finish.

I love watching this man. To overcome what he did and be such a perfect specimen of a racer is awesome.
Whatever the outcome, I know that he is determined to do the best he can. He is cool, calm, and collected.
Which help make him a great athlete.
I found this photo of my Mom, my sister, and me. I'm in the dark swim suit, my sister in the lighter one. My Mom was always a poser, and she continues to pose as in this photo even today.

If you know of anyone who is awaiting an organ transplant or
know of someone who is looking for a transplant support group, please
go to The Central New Jersey Transplant Lifeline Support Group's site. We have many interesting speakers. Last month, a representative of a leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) company spoke to our group. This week our guest speaker will talk about relaxation and Reiki.
Our next meeting is July 12th at 7pm!
Yippee, it is the 4th of July weekend.
Hubby is driving to Boston, and I am watching "Jaws" on the TCM channel. The extras are really bad in this movies, but I guess that is why they call them extras. You can see many of them looking at the camera, and waiting for direction. Like, when to scream. When to swim frantically. This movie set the trend for shark fear, and many people think it had an effect on the dwindling shark population.
The area where I grew up was knocked down because of eminent domain. In its place are lots of apartments and condos overlooking the ocean. It looks like one big tenament. Tomorrow is the big fair at the ocean front. Expected to attend are 200,000 people. Expected to park in my former community are 50,000 cars. There is no space for them. If they are lucky, they can park in a parking lot that with handle 600 cars. After that, they are on their own. The streets cannot handle this many autos. They are double lane roads. One lane in, and one lane out.
I guess no one thought of this issue. Just keep 'em coming in and don't tell them of the potential risks.
(Sounds alike like "Jaws".)
